CharliTito Ortiz was a Huntington Beach, California native. He was born 23 January 1975. His birth name was Jacob Christopher Ortiz. He was born in Huntington Beach and moved to Santa Ana, California. Ortiz is half Mexican from his paternal side. His father was Sam Ortiz and he gave the name Tito. Both of his parents were heroin addicts making it difficult for him to become a teenager. He was in groups. He also used drugs such as cocaine. As a youngster the teen was taken to juvenile halls. He was 13 when the divorce of his parents took place. He attended Huntington Beach High School, where he wrestled. When he turned 18 years old, his mother kicked him out. Paul Herrera encouraged Ortiz to continue wrestling and attend college. He then got married for five years to Kristin who was his first wife. He later had a relationship with Jenna Jameson. They had twins that were born to them. The couple has split up. Amber Nichole Miller is Tito Ortiz's girlfriend of the moment.
